Concerto Partners actively acquires single-tenant net lease properties throughout the US and Canada. As direct principal buyers, we move with speed and certainty. We acquire deals on an all-cash basis with no financing contingencies. Our philosophy is to continue building our portfolio and hold our properties for the long term. This allows us to offer prices that a typical cap-rate-driven buyer cannot.

 

Development 

 

For select retail partners, we provide end-to-end real estate solutions: site identification, design, permitting, construction, and delivery of a finished, operating-ready facility. We take the real estate function entirely off our partners' plates so they can focus on growing their business.

Concerto Partners was built around one simple belief: the best real estate is acquired through long-term thinking. We are not chasing quarterly returns or managing to a fund cycle. We only buy properties we intend to hold, allowing us to underwrite differently, negotiate in good faith, and treat the people with whom we transact with the fairness they deserve.

Concerto Partners was founded in 2020 by a group of real estate investors with a combined 50-plus years of hands-on experience across brokerage, investment, and development in the US and Canada. The founding team identified a specific gap in the net lease market: a focus on fundamentals with attention to long-term holds, and value creation through patience and creativity.

 

Since founding, Concerto has acquired and developed retail properties throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our portfolio spans net lease assets and ground-up development projects, all held under a single disciplined investment philosophy.
